Varicose vein When circumcision severs the superficial veins of the penis, they find whatever way of reconnecting they can. (The photospread from which this picture is taken was called "Flawless"!)

Inclusion cyst
The hard whitish lump may be a sebacious inclusion cyst (filled with sebum, skin oil). Part of the frenulum, on the man's right, has been left.
